Almost Fat Free French Toast
This Recipe for single serving and i am using,
- 2 slices bread (honey wheat works really well – but any bread will do)
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- dash nutmeg
- dash cloves
Blend everything together in a level dish (not the bread!). Douse bread for around 2 minutes on each side.
Broil on frying pan (utilizing non-stick splash) until pleasantly cooked on the two sides, around 4-5 minutes.
